Responsibilities
- Providing essential care for patients by helping with ADLs.
- Performing nursing tasks like wound care and other basic procedures.
- Documenting care accurately and communicating updates with the nursing team.
- Helping patients and families understand their care plans.
- Following infection prevention practices to keep patient areas safe.
