AHMC HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Director for the Emergency Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care around the clock. You will lead staffing, develop strategies, oversee clinical operations, and collaborate with physicians and hospital leaders to meet regulatory standards and patient outcomes.

The role requires CA RN licensure, a BSN or higher, and preferred MS degree; certification in a specialty is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• BSN degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• MS degree in Healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing and scheduling for ER to ensure safe, high-quality patient care 24/7.
• Oversee clinical operations and resource utilization in the ER.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospital staff, and nurse directors to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with County, State, and Federal agencies and The Joint Commission.
