Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Maintain a current and valid Registered Nurse license for the State of California.
• Hold BCLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) and NIHS Stroke certifications; maintain current.
• Obtain CPI/AB508 certification on hire and keep current.
• NRP and Basic Dysrhythmia certifications preferred for specialized support.
• Demonstrate excellent English communication with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and ongoing assessments to prioritize care based on acuity.
• Stabilize patients and initiate evidence-based interventions per standards of practice.
• Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care every 24 hours as needed.
