Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the hospital's Nursing team. The role involves leading coordination and delivery of high-quality patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and documenting teaching for patients and families.

The position requires an active RN license in Michigan, BSN preferred, and the ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services.

Qualifications

• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Job Description

Position: 36 hours per week
Shift: Midnights 12 Hour Shifts

Every other weekend and Holiday Rotations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE RN LICENSE TO INTERVIEW
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
