Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to provide safe patient care across medical/surgical and maternal child health needs. You will perform nursing procedures, collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, and support unit goals.

The role requires an active California RN license, ACLS/BLS as appropriate, and a minimum Associate degree in nursing with preferred Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Possess an Associate degree in nursing with CA RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required when appropriate.
• Current RN experience in the specific service or department preferred.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the unit Manager and/or Director of the department.
• Provide nursing care planning, implementation, and evaluation for each patient.
• Direct care with LVN, CNA, nursing student, and/or logistics staff as needed.
• Adhere to identified nursing standards of practice.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Program and quality activities.
• Demonstrate IRAISE values in professional patient care interactions.
