Job summary

• Delivers medications and IV therapy per policy; delegates tasks by competency.
• Documents care plans, assessments, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates on discharge planning.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
