Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred; minimum of 2 years ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to support timely, coordinated care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately for the next phase of care.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record to promote continuity and safety.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and help ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Engage in a collaborative team environment with shared accountability and ongoing learning.
