Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR to promote continuity and patient safety.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and smooth transitions of care.
• Support a highly collaborative team environment with shared accountability.
