Job summary

Emerus is seeking a registered nurse to join the Emergency Room team on a night shift (7pm–7am) at the Zarzamora facility. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care within a fast-paced ER environment.

Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate care, documenting clearly, monitoring patient status, adhering to infection control standards, and following physician orders. State RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years ER experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in ER or similar.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document accurately in medical records.
• Monitor and record patient signs and symptoms.
• Follow physician orders and manage care plans.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
