Beacon Health System is hiring a Full Time Night shift Registered Nurse for our GH Emergency Unit at Granger Hospital in Granger, IN. You’ll report to the Director or Manager, providing professional nursing services, assessing patient needs, and implementing individualized plans of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality care, with opportunities for professional development and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and RN license in Indiana required.
• Minimum of three years job-related experience required.
• One year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively perform high-risk, high-frequency nursing procedures in accordance with standards.
• Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and needs.
• Identify and respond to health risks, initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain accountability for decisions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with staff to provide compassionate and quality care.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.
• Ensure continuity of care and adjust plans based on outcomes.
