Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Night shift at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with night coverage from 7p–7a and rotating weekends/holidays.

Ideal candidates will hold an IL nursing license, prefer a BSN, and have BLS/CPR. Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience is preferred. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $37.25 to $57.74, with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Current nursing licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
