Cumberland Healthcare in Turtle Lake, WI, is seeking an experienced RN to float between Medical-Surgical and Emergency Medicine, with occasional Wound/Infusion backup. This per diem role operates 11am–11pm, with every third weekend and holiday rotation, and includes a 20% premium over base pay.

Ideal candidates hold a Wisconsin RN license and have MS and/or ED nursing experience. The facility offers a rural setting near Twin Cities metro, with community amenities and 24/7 Emergency Services.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Wisconsin
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Emergency Department nursing
• Wound/Infusion backup experience is a plus

We are currently searching for an experienced RN in Medical-Surgical and/or Emergency Medicine to work as a float, primarily between our Emergency and Medical-Surgical Departments. This position may also back up Wound/Infusion at times. This position is per diem with a .45 FTE. The hours for this position are 11am-11pm and include every third weekend/holiday rotation. Due to the limited schedule, our per diem employees enjoy a 20% premium of pay over base wages.

Our ideal candidate would have their Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin along with Medical-Surgical and/or Emergency Department Nursing Experience. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.
