Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for Lake Geneva, WI in a float registry role with 48+ hours monthly and weekend shifts. The position requires ADN with BSN preferred, and licensure in WI.
Expect 12-hour shifts, caregiving, and duties spanning assessment, planning, and intervention to support an interdisciplinary care team. The role includes a wage range of $34.45–$51.68 per hour with a 10% incentive for seasonal/holiday coverage.
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, individualized patient care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
This is a float registry position with a minimum commitment of 48-hours per month, including a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, plus one summer and one winter holiday. This commitment will add a 10% wage incentive to the calculated hourly rate of pay.This position will be primarily set for this location in Lake Geneva, WI. You must be able and willing to float to other ED locations within the system as licensed for WI/IL.
Variable, typically 12-hour shifts
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines)
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per unit requirements. For example : ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
