Job summary

Sarah Reed Senior Living in ERIE, PA seeks an RN to provide nursing care to a group of residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RN Supervisors. You will ensure quality resident care, supervise CNAs, and document accurately according to the plan of care.

The position involves medication administration, charting, and collaboration with physicians, families, and staff. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Gerontology experience preferred.
• Valid RN license registered in PA.
• Continuing education as required to retain license and stay abreast of changes in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Communicates report to the nursing assistants at the start of shift.
• Assists in Resident’s comfort and anxiety relief.
• Coordinates/communicates job performance of CNAs for evaluations.
