The role requires at least one year of veterinary experience and excellent communication skills to assist with various responsibilities, including triage and lab sample collection.

Qualifications

• At least one year of veterinary experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills: both verbal and written.
• Compassion for pets and people.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Triage of emergency cases.
• Collecting laboratory samples such as blood, urine and feces.
• Helping clients through the euthanasia process.
