VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists (NWVS) seeks an ER/ICU Patient Care Attendant to help keep the facility, patients, and staff safe in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. You’ll perform cleaning, stocking, laundry, and general maintenance while supporting shipment processing and inventory control to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes compassion, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kennels, cages, and public areas to ensure a sterile environment.
• Stock kennel and cleaning supplies; process shipments and stocking.
• Fold, wash, and stock laundry; assist with boarding of ER/ICU patients.
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness and down-stock ER/ICU areas.
• Support hospital teams and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Follow safety and infection-control policies; contribute to team goals.
