VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists (NWVS) in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an ER/ICU Patient Care Attendant. You will help keep the facility, patients, and team safe in a clean, sterile environment and support inventory and shipments to ensure hospital readiness.

The role requires compassion for pets and people, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain disease control protocols and cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning of kennels, cages, and public areas while following disease control protocols.
• Stock kennels and cleaning supplies; process shipments and stocking.
• Clean, fold, and stock laundry; assist with basic husbandry of boarding patients.
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness and assist hospital teams as needed.
