Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an RN for its Emergency Services/ICU Float Pool at Winchester Hospital. You will perform assessments, administer treatments, monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians to tailor care plans. A focus on patient and family education supports optimal outcomes.

The position offers a $5.00/hour float pool differential, with a base pay range of $36.00 to $90.14 per hour, and a three 12-hour shift schedule including weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved RN program; BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS within 90 days; ACLS & PALS within 1 year of hire.
• Unit-specific experience preferred.
• Schedule: three 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe progress and evaluate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans for each patient.
