Henry Ford Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Regional Float. This role supports multiple units across the system, offering varied assignments, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.

Shifts include midnights with contingent- 24 hours per month, and team members benefit from premium pay and diverse clinical experiences within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required/preferred.
• Two years of ED nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations within the health system.
• Current Michigan RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/ENPC/TNCC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across ED units and other settings in the float pool.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and identify potential complications.
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation per regulatory standards.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Work day and night shifts as scheduled.
