You'll perform assessments, execute skilled procedures, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes, with emphasis on patient-centered care and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• CPR certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide cost-effective, patient-focused care.
• Performs ongoing assessments, establishes nursing diagnoses and plans interventions.
• Documents in patient records per health system standards.
• Provides patient and family education on pain, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, and discharge instructions.
