The role emphasizes patient advocacy, care planning, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. PRN status provides flexibility while contributing to a leading national healthcare system.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• ENPC within 6 months of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start date.
• PALS within 90 days of start date.
• TNCC within 6 months of start date.
• Florida RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families while protecting privacy.
• Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
