Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking an ER Critical Care Unit Assistant to support the Emergency Department through clerical tasks and patient care coordination. You will help maintain medical records, perform delegated care tasks under nurse supervision, and ensure smooth communication among staff, patients, and visitors.

Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS within 30 days of hire.
• NA/R certification on hire OR completion of an approved nursing assistant training program within 1 year of hire OR enrolled in a nursing program upon hire.
• NA/R certification upon hire or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage clerical activities and assist with patient care coordination.
• Maintain complete and systematically organized medical records and assist with delegated direct care tasks.
• Interact professionally with staff, patients, and visitors to enhance communication and facility image.
• Inventory control, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in patient and equipment areas.
