Job summary

THOM Thomas Hospitals in South Charleston, West Virginia, seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our clinical team on-site. Must hold WV licensure (and PA licensure if applicable) and comply with state board requirements.

Preferred PharmD, completed residency, and at least 3 years of pharmacist experience, plus BLS within 60 days. This 40-hour workweek is exempt and located in the United States.

• Current pharmacist license as required by the state board where services will be provided (WV license required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

• 1. Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided:
• WV: Pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
• PA: Pharmacist license through the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• 2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire date.
• 3. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

• 1. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Experience

• 1. Completion of a residency training program.
• 2. Three (3) years of pharmacist experience.
