HCA Healthcare's Methodist ER City Base is hiring an Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator. The CNC ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and acts as the charge nurse on the unit, coordinating staff and resources to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate holds an RN with an Associate degree or diploma, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and adherence to standards in a fast-paced ER setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ years of applicable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates patient care during the designated shift.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Triages patients to prioritize flow and expedite care for those in immediate need.
• Ensures compliance with EMTALA and regulatory standards.
