Qualifications

• 3+ years ER RN experience required.
• RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within specified timelines.
• ENPC, PALS, STABLE, CPI, NRP certifications preferred or required within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services with management team.
• Collaborate with managers to create teamwork to improve outcomes and service.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations in line with productivity guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control and supplies management.
