Qualifications

• 3+ Years of ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, STABLE certifications within stated timelines.
• RN license and Neonatal resuscitation credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality with management.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve staff engagement.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and staff development.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
