Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, ensure compliance with Long Term Care, CAH Federal/state/local standards, and implement facility policies under the Director of Nursing.

You will supervise staff, participate in rounds, delegate tasks, maintain confidentiality, and support quality patient care while on duty; flexibility for on-call periods, weekend hours, and continuous education are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana RN license or compact license.
• Must be physically and mentally fit for extended periods.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities while on duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and facility policies.
• Coordinate patient care with health team and physicians.
• May function as Charge Nurse and provide supervision to staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide ongoing education.
