Job summary

Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking an Emergency Department Attendant for a full-time day shift. You will support patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, help maintain a safe, clean environment, and greet patients and visitors with empathy.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS within 30 days, strong communication and basic computer skills for the EMR. Prior healthcare experience is preferred; this is a safety-sensitive position offering

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 30 days upon hire.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Preferred soft skills: empathy, compassion, problem solving, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
