Qualifications

• RN licensure required or eligible.
• Minimum 2-5 years of supervisor experience.
• Preferred: 5-10 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, and evaluates staff performance.
• Ensures department goals align with leadership and budget.
• Oversees staffing plans, schedules, and patient care delivery.
• Process payroll updates and reconcile timekeeping.
