Qualificações

• One year of clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience transcribing physician orders or communicating with hospital staff is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures that orders are communicated to appropriate staff in a timely manner and transcribed accurately.
• Maintains patient chart in complete order and processes charts for admission, transfer, procedures, discharge, or death.
• Orders office or patient care supplies within budget; maintains unit equipment and conducts audits and safety checks.
• Provides information and administrative support to the healthcare team; answers calls and relays messages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
