Job summary

Osaic in Atlanta is seeking an Equity Trader to support our Equity Trading team. You will place trades, process errors and manage risk while delivering best-in-class service to 11,000+ Financial Professionals across the country.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses and at least 1 year in customer service. This is a hybrid position with four in-office days weekly at our Atlanta hub; strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
FINRA Series 7 & 63 license required
Proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Fast learner with basic technical skills to navigate systems.
Strong customer focus orientation.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to participate and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network.
Process and facilitate equity & option transactions from representatives.
Field inquiries regarding general knowledge of securities, policies, quotes, and fees.
Diligently process trade errors for firm and representatives.
Timely review of transactions for alignment with market and firm guidelines.
Prioritize information that needs immediate attention.
Ensure timely follow-up concerning all issues and inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
