Qualifications
- Requires upcoming college graduates Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation with a 3.5+ GPA
- Pursuing or holding a degree in economics, mathematics, business, finance, or related field

Responsibilities
- Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies
- Collaborate with trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews
- Stay informed on industry and market news
- Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders
- Learn and apply proprietary trading tools and platforms
