Job summary
Trillium in the Miami area is seeking an Equity Trader who will gain direct exposure to US, Canadian, and OTC equity markets while mastering our proprietary trading tools and strategies. From day one, you'll work beside an experienced trainer and be immersed in a diverse mix of trading approaches, developing both the technical skills and judgment needed to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
- Requires a degree in economics, mathematics, business, finance, or related field.
- GPA of 3.5+ preferred; graduating Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- No visa sponsorship for this role; eligible candidates will be recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies
- Collaborate with your trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews
- Stay informed on industry and market news
- Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders
- Learn and apply our proprietary trading tools and platforms
