Qualifications

• 6+ years in relationship or technical account management or similar client-facing tech roles.
• Experience in financial services with equity investment teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology liaison for Equity Portfolio Managers and their teams.
• Lead technology planning and onboarding for new investment teams.
• Identify day-one and long-term technology needs across applications, data, analytics, automation and AI.
• Develop and maintain detailed technology profiles for each investment team.
• Coordinate with Business Management, Operations, Trading, Data, Engineering and other partners.
• Translate investment needs into clear business and technical requirements for tech teams.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and escalate to stakeholders and senior management.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investment professionals and align tech initiatives with business priorities.
