Job summary

LVT is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Plan Administrator to bridge equity administration and corporate financial reporting. You will own accounting, tax compliance, and reporting for equity plans, collaborating with Finance and Audit to ensure accuracy and regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting with 1–2 years in equity administration, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a solid grasp of ASC 718 and US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in equity accounting or equity administration.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 718, and equity-related disclosures experience.
• Experience with equity platforms (Carta) and external audit requests.
• Comfort with internal controls and SOX-compliant processes around cap table changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the equity program within Carta, including grants, exercises, cancellations, and vestings.
• Record monthly stock-based compensation expenses under ASC 718 with complex vesting.
• Support 409A valuations and external valuation firms as liaison.
• Prepare equity-related footnotes and disclosures for financial statements.
