Responsibilities

• Lead student equity strategies with faculty, staff, administration, and students.
• Administer and lead the Student Equity and Achievement Program and related initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance for funded programs.
• Collaborate on research and professional development for equity plans.
• Participate in committees contributing to college and district goals.
• Develop and monitor program outcomes and strategic plans.
