Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• At least two years in public accounting or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel; Workiva and XBRL tagging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review equity-related journal entries in GAAP context.
• Analyze Shareworks reports to support journal entries and disclosures.
• Reconcile equity-related general ledger accounts and schedules.
• Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with accounting teams.
• Ensure transactions are properly classified and supported.
• Prepare schedules for SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 11-K, Proxy).
• Assist with SEC reporting using Workiva and XBRL tagging.
• Prepare footnote disclosures and tie-outs to financial records.
• Support investor relations materials and earnings disclosures.
• Assist with quarterly reviews and year-end audits as needed.
