• Manages equity-related accounting, including stock-based compensation and equity transactions.
• Downloads and analyzes Shareworks reports to support journal entries and disclosures.
• Prepares schedules and tie-outs for SEC filings and financial statements.
• Supports external audits with schedules and reconciliations.
• Assists with Workiva-based SEC reporting and XBRL tagging.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and timely distribution of monthly/quarterly reporting.
