Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and GAAP knowledge.
  • 2+ years of public accounting or financial reporting experience.
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and FASB standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares equity-related journal entries and ensures GAAP compliance.
  • Reviews Shareworks reports to support journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Reconciles equity GL accounts and investigates variances.
  • Performs variance analysis and collaborates with accounting teams.
  • Ensures transactions are properly supported and classified.
  • Prepares SEC filings tie-outs and supporting schedules, including Form 10-Q/10-K.
  • Assists with SEC reporting using Workiva and XBRL tagging.
  • Supports investor relations disclosures and earnings materials.
  • Assists with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
