Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and GAAP knowledge.
2+ years of public accounting or financial reporting experience.
Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and FASB standards.

Responsibilities

Prepares equity-related journal entries and ensures GAAP compliance.
Reviews Shareworks reports to support journal entries and reconciliations.
Reconciles equity GL accounts and investigates variances.
Performs variance analysis and collaborates with accounting teams.
Ensures transactions are properly supported and classified.
Prepares SEC filings tie-outs and supporting schedules, including Form 10-Q/10-K.
Assists with SEC reporting using Workiva and XBRL tagging.
Supports investor relations disclosures and earnings materials.
Assists with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
