Qualifications

• MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Experience in Research or external Investment research division essential.
• History of working within tight deadlines and prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to interact with and manage at all levels and handle large data sets.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Secure and maintain applicable licenses.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes broker votes for sharing and consumption.
• Organizes the product management team via presentations, schedules, and meetings.
• Publishes focus list notes and posters.
• Contributes to market data and subscriptions management for Equity Research.
• Coordinates Road Ahead conference, stock steering meetings.
• Assists with year-end scorecard preparation and analysis.
• Provides management information including variance analysis and month-end reporting.
• Manages expenses including travel and entertainment pre-approvals.
• Ensures risk awareness and compliance, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
