Job summary

Rogo is seeking a dynamic Sales/Investor Engagement Lead to accelerate AI adoption in global financial services. You will own front-to-back engagements with buy-side and sell-side clients, translating complex AI capabilities into measurable financial value.

The role requires 2+ years in equity research, executive presence, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for AI. You will partner with marketing and product teams to shape client-focused demos and messaging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sell-side equity research experience.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for demos and whiteboard sessions.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services.
• Sales or investor-facing experience, including managing relationships with buy-side clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements with bankers and investors.
• Demonstrate and tailor demos showing AI value to clients.
• Establish credibility as an expert in solving client problems (financial research, Diligence workflows).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to different financial firms and use cases.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop client-focused content and demos.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to inform product strategy.
