Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination or academic administration.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, and Office 365 for collaboration.
• Ability to author clear SOPs and step-by-step documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor medical student progress across pathway requirements.
• Oversee administrative processes for 4th-year clerkships and MSPE audits.
• Support admissions, recruitment pipelines, and travel funding logistics.
• Administer Canvas course sites and provide EDU tech support.
• Organize events, SOPs, and SharePoint resources.
