You will have full medical decision-making authority, shape medical protocols, hire your team, and build the culture you envision with support from a national veterinary organization.

You will be backed by a dedicated team across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, enabling you to focus on exceptional patient care, clinical leadership, and practice growth.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university with an active state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA accreditation or obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a veterinary team while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Develop and own an urgent care hospital with autonomy.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a new practice from the ground up.
