Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) invites a Partner for the Power Sector, Transmission & Distribution practice to shape the future of energy infrastructure in the U.S. This role offers equity ownership and a platform to influence ERM’s strategic direction on major transmission, renewable energy, and grid modernization projects.

Preference for the role to be based in the Northeast, with hybrid working arrangements possible across multiple offices in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in environmental permitting, siting, routing, or construction oversight.
• Establ ished relationships with utilities, developers, and power-sector leaders.
• Experience securing environmental and regulatory approvals for major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of energy sector clients.
• Deliver high-value consulting across routing, permitting, environmental assessments, and compliance.
• Ensure project excellence in safety, quality, financials, and regulatory outcomes.
• Contribute to ERM’s North America leadership agenda.
• Drive business development and long-term client partnerships.
