Job summary

ERM seeks a senior leader to expand its Electric Transmission Advisory Practice across the West and nationally. As a Partner, you will shape strategy, influence the market, and drive multi‑million dollar projects through siting, NEPA/EA/EIS, routing, permitting, and compliance work.

You will grow client relationships with utilities, developers, and transmission owners, mentor cross‑functional teams, and contribute to ERM’s North America leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in transmission siting/routing, environmental permitting, impact assessment, or regulatory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead major electric transmission projects from concept through construction.
• Guide regulatory strategy and related approvals.
• Expand ERM’s market influence with utilities, developers, and transmission owners.
• Mentor and grow high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Advance ERM’s thought leadership in transmission siting, compliance, and grid modernization.
• Build and deepen strategic client relationships that drive long-term growth.
