Job summary

ERM is seeking a senior leader to guide the Capital Project Delivery practice in the Power sector from our Pittsburgh hybrid office. You will shape market strategy, win strategic engagements, and lead programs across the energy asset lifecycle, from planning to operation, with equity ownership and global scope.

You will couple deep industry insight with client development skills to advance decarbonization and grid modernization initiatives, building a high-impact, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience driving strategic growth in the Power sector.
• Ability to build client relationships, win strategic engagements and lead programs.
• Experience shaping market strategy and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape market strategy and develop the CPD practice for the Power sector.
• Lead transformation programs across the electric power asset lifecycle from planning to decommissioning.
• Drive client development and equity ownership within a global consulting platform.
