Qualifications

• 3+ years in transfer agent, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical or operations.
• Operational environment experience.
• Prior operations or securities industry experience.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience using Equitrax.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Data analytics and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily issuance-related tasks and share issuance-related processes.
• Handle a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash transactions.
• Differentiate, process, reconcile transactions; research inquiries; resolve customer complaints; review time-sensitive documents.
• Coordinate cross-department situations; provide department-level reporting as needed.
• May train or supervise junior staff and provide back-up support to other desks.
• Interact with clients and teams with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the India team to align best practices and service levels.
• Own resolution of risks or issues and keep leadership informed.
• Assist with projects and ensure timely, accurate, compliant deliverables.
• Build relationships with key contacts across departments and locations.
