Responsibilities

• Instruction: teach inclusive, culturally responsive curriculum for equitable outcomes.
• Data Analysis: meet weekly with principal/coach to analyze student work and differentiate instruction.
• School Culture: build relationships with students, engage families, and participate in weekly school-wide meetings.
• Guide students to analyze texts, discuss author's purpose, and write across genres.
• Encourage books of interest to foster independent reading.
