Qualifications

• Interest in impacting urban K-12 students
• Academic expertise in Humanities, English, Social Sciences, or related fields
• NJ certification eligibility requirements (3.0 GPA if grad on/after 9/1/16 or 2.75 prior)

Responsibilities

• Instruction: teach inclusive, culturally responsive ELA to a diverse middle school cohort.
• Data Analysis: meet weekly with principal/coach to review student work and adjust instruction.
• School Culture: build relationships with students and families; participate in PD, meetings, and team planning.
