Job summary

Uncommon Schools is seeking an English Language Arts teacher at our Camden, NJ middle school. You will teach a literature-rich ELA program, emphasize writing and critical discussion, and foster an inclusive classroom culture that supports every student’s voice.

You will analyze student work with leadership to differentiate instruction, build strong relationships with families, and participate in ongoing teacher coaching, PD, and school-wide meetings to advance equity and achievement.
